I purchased this item on 5/8/25. It has a one-year guarantee. It died this week. I contacted the seller and received a reply that I need to go to the “platform” to request a refund or an exchange. There is no option to do that from my orders page because the return window closed after 30 days. I ended up calling Amazon Customer Service, and they kindly credited my account for the return.

This is very similar to the much more expensive device that an esthetician used on me during a facial. I used it regularly for a while, but I don’t love the metallic feel it gave me.
