Takes a few days to notice. Takes two weeks to feel a real difference.
This is my second time using this product. Since my hysterectomy, Ive had a hard time finding a baseline for my hormones. This stuff makes me feel more balanced and mindful within a few days of taking it. I notice less bloating and a better ability to realize a stressful moment and be more objective.

Pleasantly surprised at the outcomes
I have been using this supplement for two months per the directions on the bottle.Positives: I previously suffered from very irregular periods. In the two months I have been taking these my periods have been more regular with fewer PMS symptoms. I also suffer from facial hair and while this product doesn’t make any claims about facial hair, it has certainly slowed how quickly my 5 o’clock shadow appears. I have also noticed marked improvements in my moods and have far less severe mood swings.Negatives: I do recommend starting these with the start of your cycle. I did not initially do this and had severe headaches. I discontinued use until the start of my cycle and did not have additional headaches.The pills themselves are not gigantic, but there is something about them that makes them a little challenging to swallow. This might just be a me thing. I just have to ensure I have plenty of water on hand as they feel like they get stuck in my throat.Overall for the price, the quality of the ingredients, and my personal outcomes I have recommended this product to family and friends.I have not noticed any difference in my sleeping patterns. I struggle with insomnia so I was not expecting this supplement to change any sleep patterns for me. Also, I’ve not noticed a change in energy levels or weight, but I’ve been working longer hours recently so naturally feel just rundown from that and have been on a different meal schedule and need to get that back on track.

I’m a 50 year old woman with hormone imbalances. I am always looking for a quality OTCproduct. I was buying Walmart brand, but I don’t shop at that store anymore. When I received this bottle, I immediately looked them up. I was pleased as punch to learn that this is a small business, woman owned no less! They are affordable, and they wok. Buyer beware you won’t ever want to stop these
I have been taking for 2 years now! I’m 34 and have PMDD. This has helped so much and tell everyone about it. Helps with mood swings and bloating! Honestly would go insaine without it. Only bad part is it’s hard to find. Use to buy in store at Walmart they no longer have it. You have to buy on Amazon and the price has went up a few times!

Caution for those who do not have estrogen dominance
As a physician myself, I have seen a lot of patients with demography scans have their estrogen dominance clear up after taking dim. However for someone who does not suffer from estrogen dominance, this will most likely cause you to have severe to dull hormonal headaches for days, and you may not feel like getting out of bed if your estrogen levels were normal to begin with. So again I caution anybody taking this product unless you know for sure you have estrogen dominance in that it needs to be regulated. Normal people with hormone panels that are normal.. should proceed with caution.
